Paid Ads Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  1. Campaign Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement paid advertising strategies for Google and Meta platforms aligned with client or company objectives (lead generation, sales, brand awareness, etc.).
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking tailored to the Australian market.
  • Prepare detailed media plans and budget allocations based on campaign goals.
  1. Campaign Setup & Management
  • Create, manage, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Write compelling ad copy and coordinate with designers for creative assets.
  • Implement A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to maximise ROI.
  1. Analytics, Tracking & Reporting
  • Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and platform pixels.
  • Generate detailed performance reports with insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
  • Track key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and cost per lead.
  1. Strategy & Proposal Development
  • Prepare campaign proposals and strategy decks for new clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations on ad spend allocation, creative direction, and funnel optimisation.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, and best practices.
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy by sharing insights from paid media performance.
  1. Market Expertise
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Australian consumer market, industry trends, and advertising compliance.
  • Optimise campaigns based on Australian time zones, holidays, and seasonal buying patterns.
  • Use localised targeting strategies and messaging that resonate with Australian audiences.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 3 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing within Media & Entertainment industry.
  • You have working knowledge of Paid Ad Specialist
  • Experience within would be a strong advantage.
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
  • You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
