FIELD RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline through self-sourcing
- Sell life insurance products directly to customers (no intermediaries)
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and cross-selling
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (Insurance / Banking / Financial Services preferred)
- Freshers with strong sales interest can also be considered
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
- Basic understanding of insurance products is an added advantage
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Age: Up to 35–40 years (flexible based on experience)
