FIELD RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and build a strong customer pipeline through self-sourcing
  • Sell life insurance products directly to customers (no intermediaries)
  • Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable insurance plans
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals and cross-selling
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries efficiently

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (Insurance / Banking / Financial Services preferred)
  • Freshers with strong sales interest can also be considered
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability
  • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of insurance products is an added advantage
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Age: Up to 35–40 years (flexible based on experience)
