Director Of Operations

SysCom, Co is seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Operations to oversee daily business operations, improve organizational efficiency, and drive strategic growth initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for optimizing processes, managing operational teams, and ensuring alignment with company goals and performance standards.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities across departments.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost management.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational planning.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.
• Identify risks and implement solutions to enhance operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of leadership experience in operations management or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven experience managing teams and operational processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
• Experience in technology, corporate services, or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of performance management and operational reporting tools.
