DATABASE RESEARCH SPECIALIST / CONTACT RESEARCHER (RECRUITING)
Overview
We are a boutique U.S.-based recruiting firm seeking a highly detail-oriented Database Ninja / Contact Finder to help maintain and continuously improve the quality of our recruiting database.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, organization, and data accuracy, and who takes pride in keeping systems clean, structured, and duplicate-free.
This position may start part-time or full-time and may develop into a long-term role for the right person.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Your primary focus will be maintaining the quality and accuracy of our recruiting database.
Responsibilities include:
Database Management
• Clean, organize, and maintain company and name records
• Maintain a highly organized and accurate database
Contact Research
• Research and verify candidate contact information including:
Online Research
• Use advanced search techniques to locate professionals online
• Utilize public sources and contact-finding tools to verify information
• Maintain clear notes and documentation in the ATS
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
• 5+ years of online research or database management experience
• Prior experience with recruiting databases or ATS/CRM systems
• Experience with contact-finding tools
Skills
• Strong online research and Boolean search skills
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Technical Skills
• Contact-finder tools
• MS Word / Excel
• ATS / CRM systems (PCRecruiter preferred but not required)
Additional Requirements
• Typing speed 50+ WPM preferred
SCHEDULE
• U.S. time zone alignment preferred (PST/PDT)
• Work must occur between **9:00 AM
- 6:00 PM PST**
• Part-time or Full-time
• 4–8 hours per day
COMPENSATION
• $3.00 per hour (equivalent to $520 per month)
