NIGHT SHIFT | Fulltime | Iloilo (Onsite)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative with 1 - 5 years experience to handle calls and email requests, raise and track work orders, coordinate urgent tasks with contractors, and process invoices and job tickets.
This role supports the timely follow-through of jobs and ensures tasks are completed and closed in line with agreed KPIs.

**What you'll be working on**
- Interpreting and validating client's needs
- Action an appropriate service response to resolve issues
- Accurate data capture / entry
- Effectively communicate with clients and contractors
- Ensure internal and external service standards are met
- Tracking and closure of outstanding jobs within agreed KPIs
- Participate in system and staff development
What were looking for
- Provided reliable customer service with minimum of 1-2 years experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (phone and email)
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Possesses excellent people skills
- Basic Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in working in a customer service role is a plus.
- Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
- Capacity to perform both individually and as a highly effective team member
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and efficiently manage time.
Job Type: Full-time, Graveyard shift (7 PM- 4 AM)
Work Setup: No fix Weekend Off
Onsite (Iloilo Office): Bldg. 2, 2nd Floor of Nelly Garden, Jaro, Iloilo City
