We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader for our operations in Sri Lanka within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy and execution in the region, ensuring that our products reach the market effectively and efficiently.

Experience: Seeking only a Sri Lankan national with a minimum of 12-18 years of relevant experience.

Location: Columbo, Sri Lanka

Coverage: Sri Lanka and Maldives

Experienced resource who can handle independent operations and an annual turnover of $3 million.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the building materials industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
