Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter to support our digital marketing hiring needs on a freelance/contract basis. This role will partner closely with hiring managers in a fully remote environment and requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Source candidates through multiple channels: job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach, and other creative methods
- Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular updates to hiring managers on progress and challenges
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment independently
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role
- Strong sourcing skills, with experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills, especially in a remote environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
Experience
