Description

We are looking for a Real Estate Associate to join our Expansion team in Hong Kong and lead the growth and management of our real estate portfolio across the region.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing property operations, analysing deal economics, managing landlord relationships, and driving portfolio performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and revenue to optimise occupancy, profitability, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage real estate processes while contributing to long-term portfolio strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Leading financial analysis and deal economics to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation, and portfolio enhancement.
  • Maintaining and developing strong relationships with landlords to ensure satisfaction, retention, and effective communication.
  • Managing lease agreements, renewals, and negotiations to maximise occupancy and rental income.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed on real estate trends, competitive insights, and market opportunities.
  • Coordinating with property management teams to oversee maintenance and repair activities within budget.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks such as market fluctuations and tenant-related challenges to safeguard portfolio performance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams including finance, operations, and revenue to drive portfolio success.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance metrics while providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate

  • You have a degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience, with a strong focus on real estate.
  • You have strong interest in real estate and understanding of housing market trends.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • You have the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
