ASP.NET MVC Developer

As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the applications are not only functional but also aligned with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for analyzing user needs and developing software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. You will be part of the pod with members from onshore and expected to work with them, applying the client's ways of working and best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business requirement and be able to turn that requirement into a working code.

• Self organize App developer that is able to work with zero supervision.

• Adhere to client's standards, ways or working and best practice in delivering and collaborating

• To work with client directly on a daily basis

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels.

• Participate in code reviews in adherence to the client coding standards to maintain high-quality standards and best

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 5+ years’ development experience with C#, ASP.NET Core, and.NET Core

• Strong experience with relational databases such as Postgres or SQL Server (we use RDS Postgres)

• Proven experience with API and microservice development

• Exposure to test automation, integration testing, and ideally TDD practices

• Experience working with cloud-native platforms, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)

• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
