Key Objectives

• Provide prompt and courteous service to customers during financial transactions.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller functions.
• Support the branch’s operational efficiency by managing cash and balancing daily transactions.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing accurately and efficiently.
• Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations.
• Maintain balanced cash drawer and prepare daily reports.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services in alignment with customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members to support branch goals and deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Adhere to security procedures to protect customers’ assets and confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance or business is a plus.
• Previous experience in a teller or customer service role preferred.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate cash handling equipment and basic computer systems.
• Demonstrated ability to work accurately under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
