Account Manager (Cybersecurity & Cloud)
Description
The Role:
You will be responsible for :
- Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of key clients
- Understand client business needs and objectives, and develop tailored technology solutions to help them achieve their goals
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and upselling of services
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, technical, and delivery, to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and execute account management strategies to expand the footprint within existing clients
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's overall sales and growth objectives
Ideal Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar account management or client-facing role, preferably in the technology industry/system integration
- Strong knowledge about cybersecurity & cloud solutions or services to clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Track record of successfully managing and growing key client accounts
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Information Technology
