Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled PCC Developer with hands-on experience in Experian PowerCurve Collections. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in development, configuration, and integration within the collection's domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure solutions in PowerCurve Collections (PCC)
• Design and implement collection strategies & workflows
• Work on business rules, decision logic, and treatment paths
• Perform system customization and enhancements
• Handle API integrations with external systems
• Work closely with business and technical teams
• Support testing, deployment, and production issues

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in Experian PowerCurve Collections (PCC)
• Strong knowledge of collections domain / debt management
• Experience in Java / SQL / APIs
• Knowledge of workflow configuration and rule engines
• Experience in system integration (REST/SOAP)
• Good understanding of banking processes

Good to Have

• Experience in banking or NBFC projects
• Exposure to Agile methodology
• Strong problem-solving skills

Ideal Candidate

• 4–8 years of experience with minimum relevant PCC exposure
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
