Role Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will own the full sales cycle for a dedicated territory of ~275 accounts. This is not an appointment-setter role — you are a Full-Cycle Revenue Closer responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Execution: Own the deal from the first cold outreach to final contract signature.
- Territory Management: Strategically prospect into 275 assigned mid-market accounts using a multi-channel approach (Call, Email, LinkedIn).
- Cyber-Consultative Selling: Conduct deep discovery to map Adaptive MDR solutions to client pain points — RBI/SEBI compliance, DPDP Act readiness, and ransomware protection.
- Technical Qualification: Run initial demonstrations and work with Solution Architects to scope.
- Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain a 4x rolling pipeline and provide accurate monthly/quarterly forecasts.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Cybersecurity DNA: Minimum 4+ years of experience selling Cybersecurity (MDR, EDR, SIEM, SOC, or MSSP).
- Proven Closer Track Record: Experience carrying and hitting a closing quota. We are looking for Junior AEs — not BDRs.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of the Indian regulatory landscape (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI) as it pertains to data security.
- Sales Tech Proficiency: Expert-level use of Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools (Apollo / Outreach / Salesloft).
