Job Description

As an inside sales Representative, you will achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services while identifying upsell opportunities.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

• Use data insights to identify at-risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proactively promote products and services to drive customer retention and expansion.
• Handle objections effectively to retain customers and secure new business.
• Achieve individual revenue targets by selling renewals, products, and services while identifying upsell opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of phone and email interactions daily.
• Develop strong product and technical knowledge to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Address customer concerns and remove obstacles impacting satisfaction and usage.
• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of existing clients within an assigned territory.
• Guide customers through onboarding and encourage long-term product adoption.

Targeted Qualifications

• Fluency in Swedish Language, C1/C2 level.
• Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to quickly learn and leverage new tools, technology, and data.
• Proven experience in achieving individual or team sales targets.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging new customers.
• Strong communication skills in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
