We are looking for proactive and results-driven candidates with experience not only in cold calling but also in the technical side of lead generation and campaign execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands both outreach and the systems behind it.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate leads and set appointments
- Perform skip tracing to identify and verify contact information
- Launch and manage outreach campaigns (SMS, email, or calling campaigns)
- Utilize CRM systems, primarily GoHighLevel (GHL), to manage leads and pipelines
- Update and maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status
- Collaborate with the team to improve campaign performance and conversion rates
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling or outbound sales
- Hands-on experience with skip tracing tools and techniques
- Experience launching and managing campaigns (dialers, SMS, email, etc.)
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar CRM platforms
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
