We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will:
- Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to seven (7) Property Specialists throughout the contract
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Real Estate Sales Agents.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Drive team sales performance through effective training and motivation.
- Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met

Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4-year course
- With more than 3 years of Real Estate Sales experience
- Minimum of 2 years managerial experience
- With a ready team of at least 5-7 real estate salesperson upon joining
- Must have a good understanding of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Real Estate Brokers License is an advantage
