Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel plans.
- Coordinate business correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Supervise household operations, including staff management and logistical needs.
- Handle personal tasks, events, and lifestyle-related engagements.
- Act as the primary liaison for both internal and external communications.
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence and documentation in polished English.
- Proactively anticipate requirements and maintain seamless, well-structured daily operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience supporting a C-level executive or entrepreneur.
- Fluent in proper and professional English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Well-presented, confident, and composed in professional and social settings.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential matters.
- Familiar with business etiquette, luxury travel, and high-end environments.
- Tech-savvy and proactive, with strong initiative and independence.
Work Schedule: 10:30 AM
- 7:30 PM
Work Location: Ortigas (On-site) occasional visit to Alabang depending on CEO’s needs
