We work with Financial Services, Manufacturing, and mid-market enterprises to design and deploy production-grade AI-driven systems.
We are looking for a technically strong, revenue-focused marketing leader to scale our Enterprise Business Unit.
Role Overview
The Head of Marketing
- Enterprise BU will be responsible for building and scaling a predictable, performance-driven marketing engine aligned to a $2.5M annual revenue target.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong blend of:
- Technical understanding (AI, Data, Cloud, Digital Services)
- B2B enterprise marketing experience
- Demand generation expertise
- Revenue attribution and funnel discipline
- Team leadership
This is not a branding-only position. This is a revenue-aligned leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue-Driven Marketing Strategy
- Define and execute enterprise marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals.
- Build a predictable funnel across inbound, paid, outbound, and event-driven channels.
- Drive measurable MQL, SQL, and pipeline contribution.
2. Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership
- Own monthly inbound lead targets and funnel conversion ratios.
- Optimize lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-SQL performance.
- Ensure marketing directly influences enterprise revenue growth.
3. Digital & Performance Marketing
- Lead SEO and technical SEO strategy.
- Drive AI Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) across AI-native search platforms.
- Manage Google and LinkedIn paid campaigns with ROI accountability.
- Oversee email marketing and lifecycle automation.
- Execute webinar-led and ABM-driven pipeline creation.
4. Brand & Market Positioning
- Strengthen Intellectyx’s positioning as an AI Agent & Custom AI Development partner.
- Develop vertical messaging for Financial Services and Manufacturing.
- Ensure consistent brand governance and messaging across all channels.
5. Content & Thought Leadership
- Drive executive-level content strategy.
- Develop AI-focused whitepapers, case studies, and industry-specific assets.
- Ensure content distribution across web, social, email, and paid channels.
- Improve organic authority and search visibility.
6. Team Leadership & Governance
- Lead and manage marketing execution team.
- Establish KPIs, review cadence, and accountability.
- Ensure structured reporting and performance dashboards.
- Align closely with Sales, SDR, and Presales teams.
7. Executive Reporting & Revenue Attribution
- Present monthly marketing performance dashboards.
- Track ROI, CPL, funnel ratios, and revenue influence.
- Continuously optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
Education (Mandatory)
- BE / B.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology
- MBA in Marketing / Strategy (Preferred but strongly desired)
Experience (Mandatory)
- 8–15+ years of B2B marketing experience in IT Services / AI / Data / Cloud companies
- Experience marketing enterprise technology solutions
- Proven track record in demand generation and funnel management
- Experience working closely with Sales & Presales teams
Technical Understanding
Strong working knowledge of:
- AI / GenAI / Agentic AI
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- Cloud architectures
- Digital transformation services
