Electrical Harness Design Engineer

The assignment involves electrical harness design within an electrification project. The work includes electrical system design, covering both schematics and 3D design. The role also involves organizing prototype needs and builds, as well as preparing and planning for serial production. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is part of the assignment, as well as supporting and reviewing the work of less senior engineers.

Requirements:

• Experience in electrical harness design
• Experience of electrical system design, including schematics and 3D design
• Ability to organize and coordinate prototype builds
• Experience of preparing and planning for serial production
• Ability to lead, support and review the work of less senior engineers
• Education in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering (B.Sc, M.Sc or equivalent work experience)
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Fluent in Swedish, written and spoken
• Experience from vehicle or electrification development environments
• Extensive experience using CATIA V5, Enovia, SABER ESD and OAS
• Self-driven, independent and able to handle a high workload

Start: 2026-01-12 End: 2028-01-11 Location: Stockholm (2 days per week onsite and when required)
