Incident Manager
Description
We are looking for an experienced Incident Manager to coordinate and resolve major software and system incidents within a critical workshop application used globally. This tool is essential for daily workshop operations, and when it becomes unavailable, both business and end-customer operations are directly impacted.
Beyond managing active incidents, the role includes proactive work aimed at preventing future disruptions, driving technical improvements, strengthening processes, and ensuring a robust service delivery. You will collaborate closely with DevOps teams, developers, support functions, and R&D to secure high availability, stability and a strong user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead incident handling from detection to resolution and communication
- Analyze, prioritize and escalate incidents as required
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders
- Communicate directly with end-customers
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis and facilitate Lessons Learned sessions
- Support continuous improvement within incident and problem management
Requirements:
- A few years Incident Manager experience
- Ability and willingness to work on-call in scheduled 24/7 rotation
- Fluent in English and Swedish
Meriting:
- Knowledge of electrical or embedded systems within vehicle environments
- Software development experience
- Background as Problem Manager, Assignment Leader or similar

Start: 2026-01-01 End: 2026-12-31 Location: Stockholm, minimum 3 days onsite.
