Vi svarar vanligtvis inom en vecka Uppdragsnamn: Customer Data Platform (CDP) Remote work: Stockholm - Hybrid, 3 days a week i office. Start: Immdiate Stakeholder Management: Engage senior leaders and stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal/, and external partners to drive alignment and secure buy in. Act as the primary bridge between commercial teams, Tech/Data teams, and vendors to ensure that activation use cases and broader commercial goals remain tightly aligned. Maintain strong communication and expectation management with executive sponsors. Project Planning & Governance: Develop and manage commercial project plans, reporting, and steering routines. Establish fit for purpose governance for delivering customer activation capabilities at scale. Own the end to end delivery of activation use cases from the agreed scope, ensuring they progress through requirements, design, build, testing, launch, and measurement. Benefit, Budget & Resource Management: Lead value realization for all activation initiatives. Define clear value hypotheses, KPIs, and success metrics for each use case and track commercial impact, such as revenue uplift, conversion improvements, retention gains, and engagement outcomes. Manage budgets, resource allocation, and financial reporting to program sponsors and steering committees. Workstream Coordination: Orchestrate multiple commercial and technical workstreams—spanning marketing activation, CRM, analytics, segmentation, channel operations, and external partners. Manage interdependencies, the commercial critical path, and ensure timely delivery of audience strategies, segment builds, and activation flows. Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with technology vendors, marketing agencies, system integrators, and strategic partners, working closely with Sourcing/Procurement. Manage contracts, SOWs, delivery milestones, and best practice configuration of platforms used for activation. Drive issue resolution across cross functional delivery teams. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate commercial, operational, and technical risks—such as data gaps, integration challenges, audience readiness, channel constraints, or vendor performance. Maintain mitigation plans, escalate when needed, and safeguard delivery of commercial outcomes. Change Management & Enablement: Partner with commercial leaders to prepare Sales, Marketing, and channel teams for new activation capabilities. Train business users to self serve in creating and launching use cases, and lead adoption planning, training, and operational handover. Prepare a structured transition plan to internal owners at the end of the engagement to ensure long term business ownership and capability maturity. Quality Assurance & Hands-On Delivery: Ensure deliverables meet commercial requirements, compliance standards, and performance benchmarks.
