For the team Contract & Billing in Customer IT are looking two for senior IT project managers to manage strategically important IT transformation projects. One of the consultants shall manage 2 different projects, the other PM shall have more focus on the SAP related topics. The team Contract & Billing focusses on technical solutions and capability development (people, processes, technology & data) to support Customer & Solutions Region Nordic, Heat and Distribution Sweden with everything around billing, contract and customer relationship management (CRM). The team will also work very closely with the meter to cash process and work very closely with the channel teams when it comes to customer experience in their fossil free journey. The IT Project Manager we are looking for will be responsible for: Managing IT projects of various size and complexity in the area Customer IT Nordics and the team Contract & Billing. Planning of time, budget, resources Translate the project targets into activities Lead the project team Facilitate decision making Execute on projects and steer on delivering value Professional risk & dependency management Professional stakeholder management Regular and target group oriented reporting Complete and up to date project documentation Use of professional project management tools Lessons learned Building relations with IT- & business stakeholders, understand the project objective, manage expectations and facilitate necessary decisions Facilitate decision about the most suitable project approach Secure high quality project management and work continuously on quality improvement Project manager with 5+ years of proven experience and track record in managing projects and programs Experience or sound understanding of SAP is very beneficial Experienced in running technical projects and/or in the energy sector Experience with product development and/or design development Highly customer focused Self-managing with no intervention and a strong personality Positive, solution-oriented mindset and proactive attitude Demonstrating tact & diplomacy through active listening, empathy, assertiveness, rapport & politeness
