Product owner and developer to Venture & New business

We are seeking a skilled and motivated software developer with strong experience in embedded software and systems design to join our team. Knowledge of Ethernet communication or backend software is also preferable.

In addition to your technical background, we are looking for aProduct Owner / Software Leadwho will lead and guide a team of 10–15 software developers. In this role, you will ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions, translating strategic goals into clear priorities and actionable plans.

You will be working with firmware development and deployment, collaborating closely with design and power electronics engineers. Together with the software team, you take ownership of your deliveries and contribute to both short- and long‑term product development. Experience from Scania’s product development environment is highly beneficial.
