As a Recruitment/ Onboarding Configuration Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and evolving Scania's SuccessFactors landscape, with a strong focus onRecruitment Marketing (RMK), Recruitment Management (RCM), Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, reporting, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).You will work in a complex, multinational environment, contributing to system stability, process consistency, and continuous improvement across global HR operations.
