This role is ideal for a hands-on SuccessFactors professional who enjoys working with core HR configuration, permissions, and reporting in a complex, multinational environment, while steadily growing into broader consulting responsibilities
As an Employee Central Configuration Specialist, you will play a key role in theconfiguration, support, and optimisation of SAP SuccessFactors Core HR modules, with a strong focus on Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, Time Management, Career Development Planning, and Role-Based Permissions.Working closely with senior consultants, HR stakeholders, and IT teams, you will ensure high-quality system delivery, consistent global processes, and reliable reporting and access management across regions.
