Lead Talent Acquisition for our client's Global Knowledge Centre.Our client is seeking an inspiringHead of Talent Acquisition Europeto lead recruitment across multiple countries in the Global Knowledge Centre. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will design and implement the regional talent acquisition strategy, manage a cross-country recruitment team, and partner with global TA stakeholders to align hiring with business growth and global standards.

As Head of Talent Acquisition Europe, you will drive both strategic and operational recruitment activities across the region. You will oversee a team of TA professionals, including Team Managers and recruiters, delivering hundreds of hires annually – from corporate functions to large-scale academy programs. You will shape a candidate-centric, data-driven TA function that supports the Knowledge Centre’s long-term success.
