Competence Development Manager
Description
The main responsibility of the Competence Manager is to contribute to the optimization of the flow of the Competence Development Process within our technical environment. This includes maintaining and securing the right resources to deliver on the competence needs required within the organisation to ensure our business goals and employee needs are met. From gap analysis through to planning, communication and follow-up, this work contributes to building a sustainable organisation where employees have the skills and the expertise to make a valuable and profitable contribution to the business.Manage a team of professionals to design and deliver training that supports the organization's strategy, values and goals, providing employees with the necessary tools and information required to complete their tasks successfully.
