Infrastructure Process Architect – Greater Copenhagen (22.01.2026)
Description
On behalf of a large client, we are looking for an Infrastructure Process Architect. The Client is preparing a competitive bid and is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Process Architect to take end-to-end ownership of the operational process and governance framework forming a core part of the tender response. The tender is highly complex and subject to stringent requirements regarding security, resilience, regulatory compliance, auditability, and uninterrupted service continuity.
The Infrastructure Process Architect is responsible for deg, structuring, and documenting the complete operational process and governance model for infrastructure operations. The architect acts as the authoritative owner of the operational process narrative in the bid.
The role ensures that:
- All operational processes, roles, controls, and interfaces are coherent and complete
- Documentation is evaluator-focused, auditable, and aligned with tender requirements
- The proposed operating model is credible, defensible, and internally consistent across architecture, security, and service management
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate the end-to-end operational process landscape for infrastructure operations
- Validate and document processes aligned with ITIL and recognised best-practice frameworks
- Define governance structures, decision rights, escalation paths, and control mechanisms
- Develop RACI models covering internal teams, subcontractors, and customer interfaces
- Design major incident, crisis management, and escalation processes, including decision authority and command structure
- Validate KPI, monitoring, and reporting frameworks covering availability, resilience, performance, security, and service quality
- Define multi-supplier interaction models, including handoffs, controls, and assurance mechanisms
- Ensure consistency between process descriptions, technical architecture, security controls, and contractual commitments
- Identify operational risks, assumptions, and dependencies, and document mitigation measures
- Support clarification questions and follow-up responses related to operational governance and process maturity

Your qualifications We are looking for a consultant with as many of the following competencies:
- Proven experience as an infrastructure or service process architect on mission-critical IT operations, preferably in public sector or regulated environments
- Deep, hands-on experience with ITIL and operational governance models
- Demonstrated experience defining RACI models, OLAs, KPI frameworks, and crisis management processes
- Strong understanding of multi-supplier and integrated service delivery environments
- Ability to produce precise, structured, evaluator-focused documentation for large public tenders
- High attention to detail and strong process discipline
- Ability to work effectively with technical architects, operations leads, security, compliance, and commercial teams
- Proven ability to operate under fixed deadlines, high scrutiny, and formal evaluation criteria
