📋 Description

• Support and iterate the current brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring visual consistency and correct brand usage. • Design marketing and sales materials, including presentations, one-pagers, covers, banners, and other campaign assets. • Create editorial covers and visual assets, using AI tools to streamline and enhance the design process. • Design website sections and UI elements, providing a strong brand and visual perspective in collaboration with the lead UX designer. • Create, develop, and present new visual concepts for campaigns and special projects, supporting execution from concept to production. • Manage the motion design team. • Perform other tasks and projects approved by the parties additionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools (Nano Banana, MidJourney). • Experience working on website companies. • Self-driven - able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Leadership skills. • Proactive, with a desire to improve the project, offer your ideas, not just do what is told. • Comfortable communicating with a Marketing Director and cross-functional teams. • Able to translate business goals into strong design concepts and confidently present design decisions. • Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and understanding of modern design trends.
