📋 Description
• Answer incoming calls via RingCentral, transfer calls, and ensure no calls are missed • Respond to and manage incoming text messages professionally and promptly • Perform light administrative tasks, including: Email management (sorting, responding, forwarding, and organizing) • Calendar management (scheduling and rescheduling appointments) • Assisting with minimal scheduling tasks for field staff • Utilize a CRM system (ServiceTitan, ServiceBridge, or similar) to: Dispatch service technicians • Assist with light task/report writing (training provided) • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations • Maintain professional communication with clients and internal staff
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in receptionist, customer support, or administrative roles (virtual experience preferred) • Familiarity with CRM platforms (ServiceTitan, ServiceBridge, or similar) • Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle multiple calls/messages simultaneously • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information • Tech-savvy with experience using communication tools such as RingCentral, email platforms, and cloud-based software • Previous experience with service-based companies (e.g., construction, home services) is a plus • Knowledge of dispatching procedures and customer scheduling workflows
