📋 Description

• Transforming large volumes of raw footage into engaging, high-performing video content across multiple platforms • Edit long-form raw footage (up to 6+ hours) into polished, engaging content • Produce short-form videos (30–60 seconds for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) • Produce mid to long-form videos (5–10 minutes for YouTube) • Cut, trim, and structure content for strong storytelling and engagement • Add music, transitions, captions, and visual effects as appropriate • Optimize hooks, pacing, and retention strategies • Deliver high-quality final outputs within deadlines • Suggest creative edits, formats, and storytelling approaches • Recommend trends, transitions, and viral content strategies • Provide platform-specific insights for improving performance • Collaborate with the client on content direction and ideas • Format and prepare content for publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook • Assist with content scheduling and posting (if required)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing (portfolio required) • Strong proficiency in: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects, Canva (basic editing/design) • Deep understanding of: Video pacing, Storytelling, Audience engagement and retention • Familiarity with short-form content trends (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) • Ability to manage and process large volumes of raw footage efficiently • Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive • Nice to Have: Experience with AI video editing tools or automation, Basic photo editing skills, Experience managing or growing social media accounts, Knowledge of YouTube optimization (thumbnails, titles, retention strategies)
