📋 Description

• Aggregating and analyzing data to gain meaningful insights and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data. • Prepare and write comprehensive rating reports, including conceptualization, data analysis and clear presentation of results. • Coordinate internal requirements and constraints with developers, marketing, sales and external partners to ensure product alignment with business objectives and customer needs. • Ensure that research activities and data aggregation meet the highest quality standards and comply with relevant laws and regulations. • Seek opportunities to continuously improve data collection, automation, analytics and reporting processes. • Keep ahead of industry best practices. • Improve our holistic risk rating framework by ensuring the accuracy and relevance of metrics by analyzing market conditions and trends in digital assets.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in the digital asset industry, ideally in a technical, research, or risk‑related role. • Strong expertise in blockchain architecture, smart contract systems, code‑level analysis, tokenization, and RWA models. • Ability to read and understand code (e.g., Solidity, Rust, or similar), with a focus on identifying risk‑relevant patterns rather than full‑stack development. • Understanding of financial markets, risk frameworks, and the regulatory landscape for digital assets. • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear, comprehensive reports and presentations. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of developing and executing plans based on market research, industry trends, and data-driven insights. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new market developments, technological advancements, and evolving industry best practices.
