📋 Description

• Lead a small, highly skilled team of OT Security Engineers • Analyze, assess and implement security solutions in industrial control and production environments • Perform risk assessments in ICS/SCADA networks and identify potential vulnerabilities • Develop and implement security strategies aligned with IEC 62443, ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz • Plan and deploy firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, network segmentation and monitoring solutions • Support security incidents, including forensics and recovery measures • Plan, integrate and maintain modern OT security platforms (e.g., Rhebo, Nozomi Networks, Dragos, Claroty)

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in IT security, engineering, automation technology or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in OT security, ICS/SCADA environments or industrial network security • Solid knowledge of industry standards and protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, Profibus) • Experience with network engineering, vulnerability management, firewall administration, threat detection & response • Leadership experience and the ability to lead a team both strategically and technically • Analytical, solution-oriented working style and clear communication in German and English
