Set benchmarks and beat them. • SEO & content infrastructure, Own on-page SEO, structured data, site architecture, and work alongside content to ensure every page ranks and converts. • Analytics & experimentation, Instrument the site properly, run A/B tests, understand the funnel, and use data to drive decisions. • Design & UX, Craft experiences that feel premium and convert. You have a strong design eye and can translate brand into web with or without a dedicated designer. • AI-native workflows, Use AI tooling aggressively to move faster: from code generation to content optimisation to automated testing. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record owning and shipping websites end-to-end - not just contributing to them. • Strong front-end engineering skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with modern frameworks such as Next.js, Astro, or similar). • Deep understanding of technical SEO - crawlability, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, site architecture. • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Posthog, or equivalent) and running structured experiments. • A sharp design sensibility, you can work in Figma, direct a designer, or just build it yourself. • Highly proficient with AI-assisted development and content workflows. This isn't optional, it's how you operate. • Bias for speed. You ship, learn, and iterate.
