📋 Description
• Design and execute EMEA-wide hiring strategies for Product Management, Data Analytics, and Design roles. Leverage deep market knowledge and strong regional networks to attract senior product talent, while shaping and scaling employer branding initiatives suited to distributed, multi-market hiring. • Own and continuously improve end-to-end hiring delivery across EMEA. Build scalable processes, tools, and ways of working that increase efficiency, ensure consistency across regions, and support high-quality hiring at pace. • Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Product, Data, and Design leaders, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and transparent guidance. Champion an inclusive, high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints. • Own and operationalise hiring data. Track, analyse, and report on key metrics, using insights to influence senior stakeholders, forecast hiring needs, and drive ongoing improvements in hiring outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English, with strong knowledge of the EMEA market • Exceptional stakeholder and candidate management, with a hands-on approach in fast-paced environments • Data-driven mindset, comfortable owning metrics, dashboards, and mentoring junior TA team members
