🎯 Requirements
• Bring a strong academic foundation in Economics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Industrial Economics, or a related field. • Have several years of senior professional experience in roles such as Controller, Finance Manager, Financial Analyst, or similar, with deep exposure to financial governance, business processes, systems, and executive stakeholders. • Are comfortable engaging in strategic, value-based conversations with senior decision-makers, including CFOs and finance leadership, and can translate complex business challenges into clear, outcome-driven solutions. • Have experience leading high-impact solution workshops, executive presentations, and demonstrations, with a strong focus on business value and long-term customer success. • Are passionate about solutions and value creation, and act as a trusted partner to Account Executives, shaping deal strategy, challenging assumptions, and clearly articulating the value of Unit4’s world-class solutions. • Work confidently both independently and collaboratively, taking ownership at a senior level while contributing to a broader, cross-functional go-to-market team.
