📋 Description

• Develop and refine user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for TW's products and features. • Use a combination of domain knowledge, product intuition, and targeted research to inform and validate design decisions • Collaborate with product managers to define and prioritize features, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions, maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency. • Actively participate in design critiques, contributing to the continuous improvement of the team's design processes and outputs.

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledgeable in Web3 space, hands-on trading experience with advanced trading features such as perpetuals, staking, predictions market. • 5+ years full-time Product Designer experience • 3+ years full-time experience of deg consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps • Strong communication and presentation skills: demonstrated ability to articulate complex technical trade-offs to cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring detegrity while aligning with product goals and business constraints • Proactiveness and end-to-end design ownership, influence product strategy and prioritization • Thrive in uncertainty and challenges: proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant • Strong values, ethics and integrity • Strong intellectual curiosity and honesty, Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
