📋 Description

• Your mission is to accelerate iubenda’s pipeline and revenue by orchestrating high-impact, account-centric marketing programs across our key markets. • You’ll generate, influence, and accelerate opportunities by combining strategic ABM plays, localized field experiences, and cross-channel partnerships. • As our Senior Field Marketing / ABM Manager, you will own how iubenda shows up for strategic accounts and priority verticals across EMEA and beyond. • You’ll design multi-touch ABM programs, launch field campaigns that bring our brand closer to customers, and work hand-in-hand with Sales to drive meaningful conversations and revenue outcomes. • You’ll be the connector between Marketing, Sales, and Product, building personalized, data-driven experiences that turn prospects into long-term partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ABM / field marketing roles. • Strong knowledge of ABM frameworks, tools, and methodologies. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred). • Experience in planning and executing field events. • Excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret intent signals and account data. • Great written communication and ability to tailor messages to decision-makers. • Experience in B2B SaaS, martech, compliance, or. • Ability to run LinkedIn campaigns on your own (or willing to learn). • Fluency in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
