📋 Description
• Strategic advisor: Build trusted relationships with executives and senior stakeholders and support them in achieving concrete business outcomes. • Deliver measurable value: Develop and implement success plans that drive adoption, retention, and customer value. • Demonstrate impact: Conduct executive and business reviews, present results, and derive actionable recommendations. • Expand success: Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities that promote expansion and growth. • Scale excellence: Develop playbooks, best practices, and processes that elevate Customer Success at Hypatos to the next level. • Voice of the customer: Feed insights and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing to continuously improve our AI platform. • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Solution Consulting, Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience. • Stay current: Track trends in Customer Success, AI, and automation and share your knowledge with customers and colleagues.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience • 3–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting — ideally in a SaaS or AI environment • Proven success in building and implementing customer success processes, playbooks, and strategies • Solid understanding of adoption and retention metrics as well as customer lifecycle management • Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments or digital transformation projects • Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex topics clearly • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and translate it into concrete actions • Passion for AI automation, process optimization, and business transformation • Fluent in English and German (required) • Nice-to-have: Experience in Shared Services, Finance, or P2P environments • Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or Intelligent Document Processing • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simult
