📋 Description
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase affiliate-generated revenue, identifying new business opportunities and emerging market trends; • Expand the company’s reach by cultivating relationships with potential affiliates and strategic partners; • Define revenue targets and sales KPIs for affiliate partnerships, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals; • Provide tailored training programs to improve affiliate sales performance and enhance product knowledge; • Collaborate closely with the sales team to integrate affiliate strategies with broader company objectives; • Monitoring affiliate performance, analyzing data, and providing reports on key metrics such as generated traffic, conversions, and revenue; • Collaborating with internal teams, such as marketing, graphics, and product development, to provide promotional materials, tracking tools, and technical support to affiliates; • Negotiating and managing contracts, commissions, and payments with affiliates; • Providing advice and support to affiliates, answering their questions, offering recommendations, and resolving any issues; • Staying updated on the latest trends in the affiliate sector and proposing new ideas and initiatives to improve the company’s affiliate activities; • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with LeadX’s policies and guidelines by affiliates; • Identifying growth opportunities and collaboration with key affiliates to maximize results.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience of at least 3 years in the fields of affiliation, advertising, marketing, sales, or similar; • Knowledge of major online traffic sources, including Meta, Google, and TikTok ads; • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies; • Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth; • Experience in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships with measurable success in sales-oriented affiliate programs; • Data analysis skills and proficiency in using performance monitoring and analysis tools; • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; • Results-oriented with a focus on maximizing affiliate revenue;
