📋 Description
• Ensure that every new client project starts in a structured, transparent, and efficient way: with a clearly defined setup, fast time-to-value, and a smooth handover to the Growth team. • Own the entire customer onboarding phase: from sales handover to call kickoff and the handover into the Growth stage. • Set up the basic project framework including tooling, process templates, and tracking logic (in close internal coordination). • Prepare and internally communicate lead-sourcing parameters. • HubSpot data maintenance and management.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong project management skills: ability to manage multiple onboardings concurrently. • Excellent communication skills: ability to explain complex topics clearly. • Strong customer orientation combined with the ability to set clear expectations. • Strong stakeholder management skills. • Analytical mindset: you understand KPIs and success drivers and can actively influence them. • Excellent German communication skills (for precise documentation, presentations, and client meetings) and strong English (C1).
