📋 Description
• Be responsible for the full spectrum of the technical sales process, from identifying customer pain to proving solutions. • Work closely with assigned sellers, co-owning accounts, and sales campaigns in the assigned territory. • Develop territory plans, participate in sales calls, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value / Proof of Concept sessions with customer technical teams. • Contribute to improving internal processes, documentation, and ways of working. • Represent the customer voice in roadmap conversations with Product and Engineering. • Collaborate with the global Solution Engineering Team, Enterprise Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Professional Services, Product Management, and Sales Enablement. • Attend industry events, customer meetings, and company offsites.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer (or similar role) at a SaaS or enterprise technology company. • Strong technical depth - ideally spanning APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture. • Experience guiding customers through complex sales cycles. • Ability to translate between technical detail and business outcomes with clarity and confidence. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Fluency in the local language of the market you cover plus English. • A structured, calm approach to problem-solving, even in high-pressure situations.
