📋 Description
• Own the entire analytics vision and execution across product, marketing, and revenue. • Lead, mentor, and challenge Data Analysts — raising the bar on analytical thinking, ownership, and speed. • Define, standardize, and strictly enforce product and business KPIs across the organization. • Build, maintain, and evolve executive-level dashboards used for real decision-making, not vanity metrics. • Perform deep user behavior analysis, funnel analysis, retention analysis, and aha moment discovery. • Translate complex data into clear, decisive recommendations for Product, Growth, and Leadership. • Establish a culture of metric accountability — every feature, experiment, and campaign must be measurable. • Design and own robust SQL-based data models that scale with the business. • Proactively monitor metrics, detect anomalies, and act before issues become visible elsewhere. • Partner closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership to align data with strategy. • Give and receive direct, actionable feedback. • Act as the single point of ownership for product and business metrics. • Push the team forward with discipline, clarity, and high standards. • Demand precision, consistency, and accountability in all reporting and analysis. • Be comfortable making unpopular calls when data demands it. • Operate with a performance mindset — speed, focus, and results matter. • Treat metrics like a control system, not a reporting layer.
