• Trend and market monitoring: You enjoy following new social media trends and current pop‑culture developments and bring ideas on how we can creatively use them for our brand. • Editorial planning: You support the creation and maintenance of our content calendar for various social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). • Social media management: You help keep our channels up to date, publish content, and — together with the team — manage the community. • Content coordination & production: You work closely with our social media and community managers as well as other departments and freelancers. You also support the creation of visual and written content with a focus on Meta and LinkedIn. • Analysis & optimization: You evaluate basic KPIs, learn tools and methods, and assist in the preparation of reports. • AI & innovations: You research new tools, AI applications and trends in the social media space and regularly test how we can use them effectively in our work.

🎯 Requirements

• You have ideally already gained 1–2 years of professional experience in social media or in a similar role. • You are interested in trends, pop culture, storytelling and creative design. • You are familiar with common social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut) or are willing to learn them quickly. • You have a basic understanding of image editing and design (e.g., Canva, Photoshop). • You have initial experience with AI tools, AI agents and/or prompting. • You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written. • You are a team player and enjoy working closely with colleagues from different teams.
