📋 Description
• You will own operational sales operations topics and ensure our sales organization can work in a data-driven, efficient and scalable way — providing the foundation for sustainable growth. • You will take operational responsibility for our CRM system (HubSpot), ensure data quality and develop structures that provide the sales team with reliable decision-making data. • You will analyze sales data, create meaningful reports and derive valuable insights to optimize processes. • You will identify manual, inefficient sales processes and automate them using modern tools and AI-powered solutions. • You will act as an interface between customers, sales and internal teams, ensuring information flows efficiently and processes run smoothly. • You will contribute fresh ideas and support the implementation of new AI-powered tools and technologies, working closely with our Performance Marketing team and external CRM partner.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field • Initial practical experience in Sales Operations, inside sales or CRM environments • Very structured, analytical and reliable working style, particularly when handling CRM data, reports and analyses • Strong tech and tool affinity and interest in automation and AI-powered solutions • Numbers-oriented thinking and a drive to improve processes measurably • Initiative, sense of responsibility and willingness to act on feedback • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
