📋 Description

• As the General Manager for Nomad Insurance, you will lead the product end-to-end. • This role blends the responsibilities of a product leader and growth leader. • You will be responsible for the overall success of the product, from defining strategy and shaping the user experience to ensuring smooth operational execution. • You will also lead the Nomad Insurance team, including growth, engineering and design, ensuring people are joyful and productive. • You will be the overall owner of Nomad Insurance, responsible for solving problems and hitting product and growth goals, ensuring they remain aligned with the company’s broader strategy and vision. • You will be the voice of our Nomad Insurance customers ensuring their experience is amazing so we make something people love. • Working with the product team to define product goals, prioritize features, and product improvements. • Leading and mentoring the Nomad Insurance team, ensuring the team remains organized, joyful, and productive. • Managing the key internal and external relationships needed to successfully run the product.
