📋 Description

• Daily operational management: orders, returns, customer inquiries (Zendesk), inventory, and fulfillment coordination • Maintain Shopify store: create/update products, manage orders, configure apps, monitor shop performance • Support Amazon Seller Central: listings, inventory, A+ Content, customer communication • Set up, maintain and optimize processes in ClickUp

• tasks, SOPs, checklists, deadlines • Build and maintain automations using AI tools (Claude Cowork, Claude Code), Zapier, Make or similar platforms • Reporting & dashboards: track KPIs (revenue, return rate, inventory turnover, customer inquiries) in Google Sheets or BASE • Coordinate communication with fulfillment partners, suppliers and external service providers • Use Slack as the central communication tool and help shape channel structure • Evaluate, test and roll out new tools and integrations

🎯 Requirements

• Native German or C2-level proficiency in German • Experience in E-commerce operations (Shopify and/or Amazon)

• ideally at a 7- to 8-figure brand • Confident with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday or similar) • Experience with AI tools, especially Claude Cowork and Claude Code
• or strong willingness to learn quickly • Independent, structured working style
• you don’t need step-by-step instructions for every task • Passion for online retail, DTC brands and scaling • Experience working with an Operations Manager or having held an Operations role yourself • Built or helped build your own e-commerce project (Shopify store, Amazon brand or similar) • Experience with Zendesk, Billbee, BASE or comparable tools • Basic understanding of fulfillment, supply chain and warehouse logistics • Good English (our sourcing and some partners are international)
