• You will join a profitable, consistently running Shopify D2C store that has been successful for 10 years and, together with the founder, take it to the next level. • Your responsibility is to identify the right levers, select clear growth paths, and execute them consistently with high, hands‑on operational commitment. • Assess existing channels, processes and potentials and decide which 2–3 growth paths will actually deliver ROI. • You define the route and systematically prepare it for scaling. • You work lean with the founder and a small team, coordinate freelancers, and implement only what truly moves the needle. • Continuously test, improve and scale profitably.

🎯 Requirements

• You can demonstrate that you have successfully scaled e‑commerce and D2C brands — concrete examples, figures or case studies are gold. • Performance marketing is in your DNA (Meta/TikTok/Google) and you can show working setups and results. • You can profitably optimize Shopify stores — from offers and bundles to CRO — and have completed, verifiable projects to prove it. • You prioritize exceptionally well: you pick the 2–3 growth levers that deliver ROI — and drive them through consistently. • You work like an operator: building systems, streamlining processes, resolving bottlenecks — with a verifiable track record. • You can explain, manage and improve KPIs (ROAS, CAC, contribution margin (DB), AOV) and have done so measurably in the past. • You have experience managing small teams and freelancers and working closely with founders. • You are hands‑on, but with strong strategic judgment — you know what you’re doing and why. • You don’t let yourself be held back. • You get started without fear. • You think in solutions, not obstacles.
