📋 Description

• Own international product strategy across current and future markets, deeply understanding local consumer behavior, preferences, and market dynamics. • Lead all international regulatory and compliance efforts, including product registration, certifications, labeling requirements, and market-specific regulations. • Scope and manage formulation adaptations required for international markets, partnering with R&D and co-manufacturers to execute launches on time and compliantly. • Own international packaging direction, including artwork reviews, translations, claims validation, and regulatory sign-off. • Serve as the international product expert for cross-functional teams, providing guidance on product decisions, tradeoffs, and feasibility. • Act as the go-to partner for Marketing on international product claims and messaging, ensuring compliance and accuracy without sacrificing brand clarity or performance. • Build and maintain a clear operating model for how international product work integrates with the broader Product organization. • Hire, develop, and lead an international product team capable of supporting rapid global expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• Has 8–12 years of product management and compliance experience, with 6+ years owning international product launches. • Brings direct experience launching food or supplement products internationally, ideally as part of a US-based company expanding abroad. • Has deep familiarity with international regulatory frameworks for food or supplements across multiple regions. • Is experienced in managing complex, cross-functional launch programs spanning R&D, manufacturing, compliance, and marketing. • Has owned packaging and labeling compliance end-to-end, including claims, translations, and artwork approvals. • Has worked closely with co-manufacturers and external regulatory consultants. • Has people management experience and is excited to build and scale a team.
