📋 Description

• You support our customers via email, phone and, where applicable, chat — friendly, solution-oriented and reliable. • You respond to inquiries about orders, products, shipping, returns and complaints. • You document customer feedback and identify recurring issues — proactively proposing improvements. • You work closely with logistics and product development to create optimal solutions. • You help continuously optimize and automate customer service processes. • You use tools such as Shopify, ClickUp, Slack and AI-powered systems to handle your tasks efficiently.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in customer support, e-commerce or a service-oriented environment. • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, are required — you communicate clearly, kindly and professionally. • Good English skills — for international inquiries and internal communication. • Independent, structured working style and a high degree of personal responsibility. • Openness to modern technologies and tools — experience with AI-based systems is a strong plus. • Enjoy helping people and being part of a dedicated remote team.
